Mean maximum for month 20.3°C, which
is -0.6°C from the 30 year average. The warmest day
of the month recorded on the 28th 26.6°C and coldest
minimum was seven days earlier 8.2°C. On the 26th was
the sunniest day recording 13.3 hours of sunshine. There
was only two days without any recorded sunshine. Rainfall
figures: 61mm for the whole month which is rather wet for
a summer July month, 141% of the norm. Remarkedly dry in
comparison to the deluge of the summer of 2007 where 141
mm fell in the 31 day period. The 9th of July was the wettest
day where 17.8mm of rain fell |
