Lyneham and Bradenstoke's New Priest
21st September 2011
A unique licensing service took place, lead by the Archdeacon of Wilts on Wednesday 21st September 2011 starting at 7pm at St Mary’s Bradenstoke and subsequently at St Michael and All Angel's Church in Lyneham.

During the service, which was a Celebration of New Ministry, the Reverend Canon Thomas Woodhouse, Vicar of Wootton Bassett, was licensed and installed as Priest-in-Charge and the Reverend Alison Way and the Reverend Richard Selby-Boothroyd as Associate Priests in the Parish of Lyneham with Bradenstoke.

To complete the new pattern of collaborative ministry between the respective benefices, the Reverend Canon Thomas Woodhouse was also licensed as Associate Priest of the Woodhill Benefice, the Reverend Alison Way was also licensed as Associate Priest of Wootton Bassett while the Reverend Richard Selby-Boothroy was also licensed as non-stipendiary Associate Priest of both Wootton Bassett and the Woodhill Benefice.
