Yes the 7th October 2005 is World Smile Day, so
celebrate World Smile Day by making a BIG difference and SMILE.
Even if you help one person smile it can make all the world
of a difference to them too.
Is your best friend, loved one, parents or child down in
the dumps, and needs a true friend to brighten them up. Give
them a call or text a message to cheer them up. Name one thing
that makes you smile and see if the trend can move over to
that special person.
Believe it or not smiling is the best form of stress relief,
a simple smile can help make you forget all your worries at
work or home. It's Contagious ! and if they see you smile
more than often they will too. A little chat, come give us
a smile will work. I bet i can see a smile come through will
