offer the cardio vascular conditioning and muscular toning
that swimming does. Swimming is a stress reliever. Swimming
takes your mind off of the every day issues, and gives you
a fresh start. It is considered to be one of the most essential
skills to develop from an early age. You will never know the
day that you will need to be able to swim.

how to be safer in and around the water. It will help children
overcome fears they might have and will give them a sense
