Derry Hill United Football Club (DHUFC) is a local FA Charter Standard Club offering Football Development for Children. The Club has since had significant growth and now boasts a membership of 150 members, both girls and boys, taking part in weekly training sessions and League competition. The Club has teams competing in Under 7, 8, 9 and 10 mini-soccer and Under 11 and 12 youth football, and girls only groups at Under 10, 12 and 14.

The Club has a high coach to player ratio, and currently has 25 coaches who take regular and active involvement in developing the children. Most coaches have attended and passed their Club Coach Level 1 training, and a further three have gone on to take the level 2 qualification.

DHUFC has the FA's prestigious Charter Standard Award, which recognises the high standards of football provision which we offer.

The Club has a well established pattern of training and games, generally committing players and parents alike to Saturday mornings. During school holidays training is suspended to allow families to pursue other activities.
