Goatacre Village Hall is situated in a rural setting adjacent to Goatacre Cricket Ground. Roughly midway between Swindon and Chippenham, Goatacre is around 15 minutes drive from both junctions 16 and 17 of the M4, and very close close to RAF Lyneham. Goatacre Cricket and Football Clubs use the Village Hall as their base, and there is also a thriving Sports and Social Club, which runs a fully licenced bar in the hall. The bar acts as the village pub, providing a community facility and social centre, open from 8.00pm to 11.00pm Mondays to Saturdays, 12.30pm to 3.30pm and 8.00pm to 10.30pm on Sundays. Also open on Monday evenings for the neighbouring Goatacre Cricket Club during the cricket season. During the winter, the hall also hosts interclub and intra- club skittles matches. The hall boasts a large car park, a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of facilities for setting up discos and parties. Fully Licensed Bar too.

Within the main building is the main hall with ample room for up to 120 people. There are additional rooms to accommodate your needs: Room 2 has a mezzanine floor with pool table, also suitable as a break-out area for corporate events. Room 3 is used as a Sports and Social Club Members' Lounge, also suitable as a large break-out area for daytime corporate events. Room 4 on the first floor is utilised as a Committee Room/Changing Room, suitable as another break-out area for corporate events.

The Kitchen is large and well equipped with stainless steel work surfaces, large gas cooker, 2 microwave ovens, hot water urn, commercial dishwasher and two sinks. Plenty of cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery etc. stored in a separate cupboard within the kitchen. Large hatchway for serving food and drinks into the main hall.
