at the A3102 at Frying Pan Bottom - The Folly after
a few hours relentless rain. The depth of water adjacent
to the 40 mph sign probably should be altered to 40mm.
The excess water collected in the low lying dip
caused disruption to
the passing motorist. The bigger vehicles passing actually
created bow waves and washed much of the flooded water
down the driveway to The Folly property. To read about
