The image taken on the 20th July 2007
at the A3102 at Frying Pan Bottom - The Folly after
a few hours relentless rain. The water flowing from
the
Old Vicarage driveway onto the main road, along with
the rest of the roadside water caused the low lying
dip to flood and cause disruption to the passing motorist.
