C17 Globemaster ZZ174

This image of a Royal Air Force C17 Globemaster ZZ174 from RAF Brize Norton was taken over the A3102 approach to Lyneham around Tockenham. This regular visitor has the distinctive wide body and tall tail, and upward facing wing tips, It is a very quite aircraft really for its size, mind it is quite new. Photo taken August 2006
