To the right of
the public
footpath
is the
stream which meanders south through the woodland
towards Littlecott Farm. The furthest part of the woodland
to the left of the image in the background, is Auliff
Copse which was named after Mr John Auliff a former
church
warden
in
the
village
and he was also a tailor. Mr Auliff was the church
warden to St Michaels Church in 1687
