This image of Hercules XV305 prepared ready for a last journey through Wiltshire to its resting place in Staffordshire. The gigantic air transporter was decomissioned and dismantled at RAF Lyneham ready for a long tenuous road journey through the tight bends, roundabouts and bridges of North Wiltshire onto the M4 motorway. Fat Albert makes its final trip squeezing through the village being watched every inch, being esorted by Wiltshire Police and Cooks Transport Traffic Officers. Picture taken 9th January 2011 with thanks to Andy Humm.
