Royal Air Force Lyneham Old Boys
Association (L.O.B.A.) were left a legacy by one of
the former members, Flight Lieutenant David Davies
A.F.C. Lyneham Pilot of No 511 Sqdn between 1942-46.
The L.O.B.A. Standard dedication
service was held in St Michael and All Angels Church
Lyneham Monday 28th September 2009 at 11.30am.
This picture shows RAF Lyneham Old Boys Association
members Mr Gerry Tripp, former aircraft engine mechanic
stationed at RAF Lyneham between 1954 and 1957 and
Mr Jim Semple, the current L.O.B.A. secretary and former
aircraft engine mechanic serving at Lyneham between 1952
and 1955. |
