Bradenstoke Abbey Farm 2006

Taking the opportunity on an unusually bright spring morning in April 2006 to explore the rolling hills around Lyneham we visited Abbey Farm on the Dauntsey banks. The former Augustian Abbey remains blanketed with ivy can be seen from miles around on this clear day.

Around the surrounding grounds, the Abbey Farm chickens were taking the time to graze and bask in the seasonal spring sun.
