Victoria Drive - Sycamore Close

This aerial picture taken October 2003 shows Victoria Drive and Sycamore Close. These relatively new properties were part of the Preston Vale housing expansion to be built by Bloor Homes of Swindon in 1990.

Victoria Drive runs centrally from the left of the image to the right. Sycamore Close runs down the centre of the image bending to the right. This quiet cul-de-sac has many easterly facing properties that over look the unspoiled farming land and and towards Preston Vale. The landscape scenery is complimented by varied sunrises throughout the year and mist and dew rolling between the shallow valleys.

The bordering trees at the bottom of the image are the property of North Wiltshire District Council (Now Wiltshire Council). The adjacent field is frequented by many dog owners who exercise their pets.
