Pound Close and South View Lyneham

This aerial picture taken October 2003 shows the northerly part of the village with the main A3102 road entering the village from Wootton Bassett and Swindon. Bottom right, bending to top left.

The building in the bottom left corner is the former village Rectory - Grid reference - SU 023 795 GB Grid.

The main road entering Lyneham village used to be numbered as the A420 and was changed to the current A3102 in the late 1980's
