Development Proposal Land Adjacent
to Pound Close
Westlea Housing, are proposing to develop an area
of land adjacent to
Pound Close
Lyneham
for the provision
of 12 affordable homes for people in the area. The properties
will be a mix of both shared ownership houses and homes to
rent.
Westlea Housing Association are planning to display their
proposals and would welcome the feedback particularly the owners
of the adjacent Pound Close housing estate.
A drop in session
to view the plans has been arranged in Lyneham Village
Hall on Monday 4th June
2007 between 3.30pm to 7.00pm.
