Wiltshire's libraries play an important part in leisure and offer a range of fiction and non-fiction books for all ages including large print and audio book formats; information about your local area; free computer access to the internet and other online resources; local interest books and reference stock and a range of DVDs for both adults and children.

Through Lyneham library you can also access stock and services from across the county.
The Wiltshire library service is regarded as an essential element in providing better resources. Most funding for the Wiltshire library system comes from Wiltshire Council.

Membership of Wiltshire’s libraries is FREE for all people living or working in Wiltshire and the surrounding counties. Your library card will work in any Wiltshire library, and on our mobile libraries. To join you need to bring proof of ID with an address e.g. Driving License or utility bill.
