Health Visitor
Every child in Lyneham under the age of five years will have a health visitor.  If you have a young baby, you should have met your health visitor or a member of the health visiting team.

Health visitors are available to help with any issues or worries you have about your young family. 

One way to meet your new team is to go along to the nearest clinic which is held every Tuesday in St Michael and All Angels Church Hall between 1.30pm and 3.30pm
